Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 28, 2026

Welcome to AECO.digital. By accessing our platform, the Vetting Lab, or our Intelligence Hub, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our independent research and ensure a professional environment for all users.

1. The Nature of Our Service

AECO.digital provides independent technical audits, market intelligence, and benchmarking data.

For Information Only: All ratings (Validation Matrix, Performance Index, etc.) are based on our proprietary methodology. They are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or engineering advice.

No Guarantee: While we strive for “Aviation-grade” accuracy, we do not guarantee that the technology audited will perform identically in your specific project environment.

2. Intellectual Property & “Fair Use”

Our audits and playbooks are the result of significant R&D.

Proprietary Data: The “A.d Validation Scores” and “Engine Room” datasets are the exclusive property of AECO.digital.

Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our reports for internal firm decision-making.

Restrictions: You may not scrape, republish, or resell our technical reports or “Wall of Shame” entries without express written consent. Vendors may not use our “Validation Badge” for marketing unless officially licensed.

3. Independence & Conflict of Interest

We maintain strict separation between our audits and the market.

Objective Vetting: We do not accept payment from startups to influence their “Readiness Score.”

No Endorsement: A high score in the Vetting Lab is a technical validation, not a commercial endorsement or a guarantee of vendor solvency.

4. User Conduct & Assessments

When using our Digital Maturity Assessment:

Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful information to ensure the accuracy of industry benchmarks.

Anonymization: You acknowledge that your anonymized data may be used to generate aggregate industry reports (as outlined in our Privacy Policy).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AECO.digital (and its parents, subsidiaries, and employees) shall not be liable for any:

• Financial loss resulting from a software/hardware purchase based on our ratings.

• Project delays caused by technology failure.

• Direct or indirect damages arising from your reliance on our “Global Readiness” compliance checklists. Users are advised to consult their own legal counsel for federal and international trade compliance.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a software or hardware vendor wishes to challenge a technical rating:

Evidence-Based Rebuttal: The vendor must provide documented technical evidence or a sandbox environment to prove a factual error in our audit.

Final Authority: AECO.digital remains the final authority on our proprietary scores.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect new pillars of our ecosystem. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
