How do I get access right now?
Pick a plan and start a 14-day free trial on Pro ($149/user/mo) or Firm ($799/mo). Card required to start the trial; you can cancel any time during the 14 days and no charge is made. Vendor listings ($199/tool/mo) are billed immediately — no trial. Enterprise is a direct sales conversation.
When are billing details collected?
For Pro and Firm: a card is collected at signup, but no charge is made during the 14-day free trial — the first charge lands on day 15. Vendor is billed immediately at signup. Enterprise is invoiced under an annual contract. All payment handling is Stripe-hosted — we never see or store card numbers.
What about Bid, Strategic, and Career — are they included?
No. These plans cover AECO Shield (App 1) — the compliance app that's live today. Bid, Strategic, and Career are separate products in development; when each ships, it will have its own subscription and its own pricing. Nothing on your Shield plan changes when they launch. You may see them as 'Soon' pills in the app switcher once you're logged in — that's the app-family view, not an entitlement claim.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — your audit trail and assessments carry across tiers, and firm-scope data (shared reports, FMP) migrates when a Pro user joins a Firm plan. Manage or change your plan any time via Settings › Billing, which opens the Stripe-hosted customer portal (update card, switch plan, cancel).
What happens to my audit trail if I cancel?
Audit records are retained per our published Quality Policy (currently 7 years). Cancellation does not delete historical audit rows; you retain read-only access to your firm’s audit trail for the retention window.
Do all tiers use the same methodology?
Yes. Every tier runs the same AECO Shield methodology (AI Compliance Score, v3.4) — same 22 questions, same 7 layers, same versioned calibration framework, same version stamp on every audit artifact. Tiers differ by scale, seats, reports, and support — never by rigor.
